• Telehealth Appointments

I currently offer in-person as well as telehealth appointments. Telehealth appointments, or virtual visits, are held over video and provide an easy way to meet with a therapist without needing to leave your home. It's private and convenient, and it's an effective alternative to in-person therapy.

To schedule a telehealth appointment, simply book a regular session and I will send you a secure link for the meeting along with detailed instructions.

  • Cost

We accept most health insurance plans. Your sessions may be completely covered. Individual cost to you depends on the deductible and copay determined by your insurance company.

  • Cancellation Policy

Please try to cancel 48 hours before your appointment. No-show appointments will be billed the full amount.

  • Confidentiality

Confidentiality is one of the most important parts of therapy. For therapy to be successful there must be a high degree of trust between client and therapist. Information discussed in therapy will absolutely be kept confidential and will only be released with your written authorization.

There are a few legal limits to confidentiality, which therapists are required by law to follow. These limits include imminent danger to self or others. This means if someone is going to assault another person or planning to attempt suicide, we are required to report it. Another limit is the mandatory reporting of abuse of a child, a dependent, or a helpless adult.
